Andy Bourne is a freelance illustrator, designer, and animator based in the vibrant city of Bristol, UK.
Originally from the Midlands, Andy spent nearly a decade as an in-house illustrator, working across a ton of different projects and mastering a range of styles.
He’s sharpened his skills at standout studios like ILOVEDUST and Sunhouse, where he learned to handle the fast-paced, high-pressure world of design. That experience means he’s able to deliver unique, tailored work every time.
Outside of design, Andy’s work regularly pops up in magazines, and he’s made waves in the music scene too—most notably crafting the logotype for IDLES’ Ultra Mono, their chart-topping 2020 album.
With influences ranging from vintage comics to legends like Dan Clowes and Charles Burns, Andy’s style is bold, surreal, and full of energy. When he’s given free rein, his work is a wild, eye-catching mix of vibrant colors and frenetic designs.
Over the years, he’s teamed up with big names like Nike, Red Bull, Subaru, Guinness, Sony, and Kiehl’s.
